Which key do I need?
- Stripe: a restricted key (starts with rk_live_). In myMRR, tap Open Stripe: the key page opens with the read permissions already set. myMRR refuses full secret keys.
- RevenueCat: a V2 secret API key (starts with sk_), with Charts & metrics and Project configuration set to Read, everything else No access. One key per project.
- Polar: an organization access token (starts with polar_oat_) with metrics:read and organizations:read. One token per organization.
Is it safe to give myMRR my keys?
The keys can only read, and they stay in your iPhone's Keychain. There is no myMRR server, so they are never sent to us. The app only uses them to call each provider directly. You can revoke a key from the provider's dashboard at any time.
I reinstalled the app. Where are my sources?
Your keys stay in the Keychain after the app is deleted. Open myMRR and it offers to import them, with their startups. If you bought the unlock, it comes back during the import too.
How do I restore my purchase?
Settings → Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. For refunds, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why don't my numbers match the provider's dashboard?
Check gross or net in Settings, as fees and refunds change the total. Amounts in other currencies are converted with each day's ECB rate, so they can drift slightly from what the provider shows. If a figure still looks wrong, write to us with the provider and the metric.
My widgets aren't updating.
iOS decides how often widgets refresh, usually every hour or so. Opening myMRR refreshes them straight away. If a widget shows "Unlock myMRR" after you bought it, open the app once so it can update.
